Applique Embroidery
Applique Embroidery is an embroidery type in which a piece of fabric is going to be tacked on the fabric by embroidering around the outlines. To achieve this in a clean way you can divide the procedure into 3 steps.
1. Cutting all, later to be applied pieces in correct shape. This will be done by hand during sampling or by a special laser cutting machine.
2. Stitching outlines to mark the position of the to be applied pieces. The fabrics will be placed into these borders.
3. Stitching the fabric pieces to tack them on the garment.
After that there are various possible finished to be added. Also the Material can be applied in various ways. With a zigzag border, a satin border or maybe a single line stitch.
